We are currently searching for a Operations Rotation Program - New Grad to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA (1000). A comprehensive relocation package is available for qualified candidates. Job Summary

The program requires a 3 year commitment in which candidates will experience 3 or 4 different rotations

approximately 9 to 12 months each in duration. The potential rotations include a multitude of positions

within Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance. A sample rotation could include assignments

such as Quality Assurance Engineer, Procurement Specialist and Industrial Engineer. The ultimate goal of

the program is developing talent for future leadership opportunities within the Operations' organization.

Basic Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card) is required.

This position requires a Bachelors Degree in an applicable engineering, science or business field
