Advanced Thermal Sciences Corporation (ATS) is a leading supplier of temperature control systems (TCS). Markets served include semiconductor/microelectronics, solar, laser, food and beverage, aerospace, military, and more. ATS manufactures standard and custom engineered products to provide customers with the right solution. Advanced Thermal Sciences is looking for an energetic Project Engineer to join our team at our Anaheim, CA site.
SUMMARY
Project Engineer is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Manages all aspects of a project from start to finish according to specifications, on-time and within budget. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Plan and implement Chiller design projects
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Create schedule and project timeline
Track deliverables
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess result of project
QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Engineering, Electrical or Design Engineering preferred; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience as a project manager
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
Knowledge of techniques and tools
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software tools
Critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Conflict resolution experience
Adaptability
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of PLCs and Machinery
