Advanced Thermal Sciences Corporation (ATS) is a leading supplier of temperature control systems (TCS). Markets served include semiconductor/microelectronics, solar, laser, food and beverage, aerospace, military, and more. ATS manufactures standard and custom engineered products to provide customers with the right solution. Advanced Thermal Sciences is looking for an energetic Staff Accountant to join our team at our Anaheim, CA site.


Following general instructions and with discretion as to work details, performs accounting tasks of a difficult nature requiring an experienced, professional knowledge of accounting principles and practices. As well as, applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and state tax returns.


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide specialized or general analysis support in various accounting functions such as: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cost Accounting, Property Accounting, and General Accounting

  • Interprets accounting data, analyses reports and provides recommendations

  • Prepares journal entries, maintains complex ledgers, reconciles and analyzes specific general ledger and cost account ledgers

  • Assists in the development and installation of accounting systems, cost accounting methods, procedures and controls

  • Establish and maintain property accounting records

  • Reviews foreign financial reporting packages and deliverables

  • Other duties may be assigned.


Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


CPA, preferred.
