Utilize an interdisciplinary approach focusing on customer needs and requirements to design, develop, document and test hardware and/or software systems ranging from the straightforward to extremely complex. Uses independent judgment to make decisions in day-to-day job responsibilities the majority of the time under general supervision.
Wide Area Network Implementation Engineer/Analyst/Project Lead position within TS&O / Business Unit Service and AGN Implemenation group.
Primary responsibility is to lead / execute the implementation of global network network connections to Rockwell IMS' Wide Area Data Network and engineer the flow of IP data to host/application systems.
The postion requires one to analyze end to end message flow requirements and specify/configure/implement Wide Area Data Network systems, e.g. routers, switches, circuits (MPLS, ISP links) for ARINC customers and Infrastructure.
The position requires the employee to interface with customer techical contacts, refine technical requirements, and produce implementation plans & schedules.
Manage the implementation / testing / configuration of ARINC Global Network (AGN) customer links and core network systems, e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, and Telco services.

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline is required
US Citizenship is required
Experience with Cisco networking and routers is required
