As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Eng II - Product Configuration in our Oxygen business located in FPIP, Tanauan Batangas, Philippines.


The Eng II - Product Configuration has the following duties:

  • Perform manufacturing processes documentation such as electronic Work Instructions (eWI)

  • Creates Manufacture BOM (MBOM) based on Part Attribute information

  • Encode data in JDE (other MRP system)

  • Analyzes engineering change packages [Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Enterprise (ECN), drawings etc.] and providing engineering disposition for accuracy and correct product configuration.

  • Maintains Configuration Management data bases for operational visibility and measurement purposes

  • Supports engineering, purchasing & manufacturing in defining and resolving configuration control issues

  • Attend CRB (Change Review Board) and CCB (Change Control Board) daily meetings

  • Coordinate the implementation of the ECN’s received with Production, Mfg Engrs, and Quality (quarantine, scrap, rework, etc)

  • Provide ECN Summary & other reports

  • Understands current process and able to create new processes.

  • Able to multi-task effectively


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system

  • Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals

  • Engineering Changes

  • Understanding of complex bill of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Good team work & can work with minimum supervision

  • Highly analytical & very keen on details
