Our Philippines facility, being the first B/E manufacturing site in Asia, is engaged in manufacturing and assembly of Lavatory, Galley and Galley Inserts products for the commercial aircraft segment.

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Eng III - Quality in our business located in FPIP, Tanauan Batangas, Philippines.

The Eng III - Quality has the following duties:

  • Interface with Customers and/or suppliers for quality issues and its resolution

  • Interface with Customers for customer audits

  • Spearhead Quality Improvement Initiatives

  • Reports Quality Manager/Sr. Quality Manager.

  • Interface with customer for quality performance and customer complaints. Analyze and implement corrective and preventive actions

  • Interface with suppliers for supplier quality management, performance reviews, resolution of quality issues, conducts audit, partners with the supplier for quality improvement.

  • Performs BU product and/or process performance analysis and implement corrective actions

  • Performs customer complaint investigation and implement corrective actions

  • Coordinates with various personnel in the process of quality investigation and corrective actions

  • Performs process and product capability analysis

  • Participate in MRB and could be authorized to give disposition within the scope of authority..

  • Work and communicate with the home BU for the flow down of Product requirements

  • Performs and/ or support regular audits (product, process , systems )

  • Established and implement quality systems in accordance to B/E, customer , statutory or regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate and support calibration and validation related activities, including Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility.

  • Conduct product and process audit in assembly line, including support to internal quality audits.

  • Conduct and submission of first article inspections (FAI) of parts, assemblies, and tooling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • At least 2 years technical or vocational course Graduate or at least 2nd year college; Engineering, Aerospace or Business Degree or equivalent desirable

  • 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment , 2 of which are in Quality

  • With experience working in an ISO 9001 certified organization or its equivalent

  • With experience in using quality improvement tools and techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong Engineering basic knowledge

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
