The Sr Accounting Coordinator will be an integral part of the Intercompany Accounting Team. The Coordinator will support intercompany transactions within both SAP and JD Edwards. Strong communication skills are important in the regular interactions with the Rockwell Collins sites around the world.
Primary job responsibilities are as follows:
Apply invoices against purchase orders within JD Edwards
Apply intercompany payments to open invoices in both SAP and JD Edwards
Record SAP journal entries
Assist Intercompany Accountants in reconciliation of intercompany out of balances
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Communication both oral and written
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and team work
Strong organizational and time managemen
-2 yr Accounting/Finance degree or at least 3 years of relatable work experience in absence of a degree
-Attention to detail
-Proficience in Microsoft Office
-Strong analytical skills
