Job Summary

This position is for a Systems Engineer for the Cabin Entertainment System used on large business jets. Effort includes system development, software development, installations and upgrades for Aftermarket programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers (both internal and external) during definition phase of the aftermarket update program. Document the requirements and work with the engineering team to ensure customer expectations and requirements are understood.

  • Provide aircraft cost estimates during the bid cycle.

  • Work towards the detailed aircraft schedules.

  • Represent engineering and technical interface with the sales team, customer support, and the program office.

  • Work with the Customer Support team to assist with troubleshooting aircraft problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline

  • Experience with graphical user interface programming

  • Experience with C#

  • Knowledge of entertainment systems in a business jet environment is a preferred.
