Job Summary

The EMEA Program Management Office has a requirement for a Snr Account Coordinator to provide administrative and analytical support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the program office, its business processes and Customers coordination.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual that thrives in a fast passed, process driven environment where meeting deadlines and great attention to detail is paramount. As a key member of the commercial program office team the candidate will be provided with full training on process, products and services to provide them with all the knowledge required to confidently undertake the role with minimal supervision.

Experience in the Aviation industry is desirable as the Snr Account Coordinator will be providing analytical support to Airlines and Ground Handlers in relation to IATA messaging and related services. As such an awareness of Aviation services, protocols and language would be beneficial to the successful candidate.

Job Responsibilities

As part of the Snr Account Coordinator role the candidate will be responsible for:

  • General administrative support to the Program Management Office.

  • Key point of contact for customer queries including but not limited to invoicing, Service order status and Reporting

  • Internal customer orders for EMEA sales team for contract requests, service changes and or commercial amendments

  • Coordination and completion of customer order documentation in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements including Workbooks

  • Coordination of export policies and procedure compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening

  • Maintain the customer service order database to ensure all relevant orders are captured and monitored accordingly including but not limited to price changes, new customers

  • Monthly coordinate with business operations department to review all customer orders and customer invoices, credit & debit requests. Ensuring present and correct any errors are corrected and the invoice rerated.

  • Customer Portal Administration and troubleshooting

  • Monthly reporting for internal distribution on revenue streams and addressable market

Basic Qualifications


  • Aviation industry experience is desirable

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

  • Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative

  • Cooperation - Understands the value of cooperating with coworkers.

  • Coordinating - Understands how to disseminate internal information.

  • Customer Service Orientation - Knowledgeable regarding the process of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue resolution.

  • Detail Orientation - Understands the importance of monitoring the status and quality of one's own work.

  • Time Management - Maintains an organised daily calendar
