The Lavatories & Water Waste Systems division of Rockwell Collins is the sole source lavatory provider for the Boeing 737 MAX program. The Lavatories and Water Waste Systems Advanced Lavatory is a cutting edge product, offering a unique value proposition that allows airlines to increase revenue and lower operational cost. As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Configuration Analyst in our Lavatories & Water Waste Systems business located in Everett, WA.


Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Configuration Analyst (ENG ADMIN) analyzes engineering documents to ensure accurate document and product configuration.


  • Analyzes engineering change packages [Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), drawings etc.], using “Agile CM” and “Team Center Engineering,” for accuracy and correct product configuration.

  • Maintains Configuration Management data bases for operational visibility and measurement purposes

  • Ensures that master drawing files and history files are accurate and current, and that effective control is maintained over drawings and other document records.

  • Performs tasks as directed in supporting Engineering Change Board and Configuration Change Board meetings.

  • Supports engineering, procurement, manufacturing and marketing in defining and resolving configuration control issues.

  • Performs other related tasks as required.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Two years of experience and/or training in configuration management in an engineering or production environment

  • Experience with Analyzing engineering change packages [Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), drawings etc.].

  • Previous experience working in an Engineering Environment.


  • Previous experience in a Matrix Organization.

  • Experience with TeamCenter
