Job Summary

Performs the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment while utilizing established processes that ensure consistency, repeatability and minimal variability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Under close supervision, responsible for receiving, detrashing, auditing, storing, issuing, and distributing material, supplies and equipment

  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and process compliance, and deviation resolution activities as required

  • Participates in department Continual Process Improvement activities and related projects as required

  • Participates in personal training development activities as required

  • Share knowledge and skills to ensure department goals are achieved

  • Provides timely response to customer needs.

  • Communicates effectively with leader, team, relevant departments and customers

  • Demonstrates active and effective participation in meetings

  • Demonstrate teamwork to accomplish daily workload

  • Support efforts to achieve department goals

  • May be required to perform additional duties/responsibilities

  • Work in a safe manner, per Rockwell Collins Environmental Health and Safety policies.

  • Support 5S and good housekeeping activities

  • Quality - perform within the limits of quality defect policy

  • Performance - performs within limits of productivity expectations

  • Attendance - Regular and reliable attendance is required, performing within the limits of attendance policies

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.

  • Availability to work on 2nd shift .
