Job Summary

Responsible for providing general material and supply support to assigned programs representing all aspects of the material and supply organization which includes providing an interface between the various internal customers as well as providing project leadership for the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work is closely supervised.

  • Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Follows established prices, policies and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities. Errors do not typically have a major effect on the organization.

  • May evaluate bids, select and recommend suppliers/components to achieve program goals.

  • Builds stable working relationships internally. Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, and other personnel in group or department.

  • Basic understanding of MRP processes to support procurement activities.

  • Acts as a liaison representing the material and supply organization and the processes and workings within it by interfacing with the various departments within it.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related.

  • English level- 90%.

  • 1 year of experience in related field.
