Rockwell Collins Supply Chain Supervisor in Shanghai, China
The Supply Chain Supervisor in the Supply Chain Order fulfilment team is responsible for leading a small team on purchasing materials, components, finished assemblies and outside processing to support production requirements.
Purchases materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimizes price, delivery, and terms.
Order Book Management
Mismatch Report issuing and drive supplier expediting shipment
Past Due management
Item Branch Setup
Price book management
Quality Notification to LCC suppliers and work with SQE team and suppliers to take corrective actions
Supplier On-Time Delivery
Supplier Invoice and Credit Notes
Supplier inventory management-Max and Min
Supplier selection and RFQ management
Work together with LSS supply chain team to achieve cost reduction target
Minimum 3-year experience working within a supply chain environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Experience in working with Asia suppliers.
Ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively and professionally in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
Experience working with multi-national organizations and across cultures
Experience working with supply chain systems (i.e. knowledge of JDE or MRP, SAP , Materials Requirements Planning packages).
Qualified or working towards a relevant supply chain qualification
