We are seeking a Global Principal Program Manager (Value Added Applications & Solutions), to join our Commercial Aviation team in Singapore.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Accountable and responsible for the P&L, supporting the growth, and financial performance / goals of the assigned product / service portfolio globally.

  • Plan, direct and monitor program collateral budget and serves as primary customer contact for program information

  • Communicate – Disseminate Product/Service information to the sales team and customers

  • Work collaboratively with the shared service organizations and regional sales and marketing teams to support the pursuit and acquisition of future business.

  • Launch and implement new customer requirements and ensuring projects are successfully completed within scope, schedule, and budget. It includes to capture/extract, understand, and or clarify customer requirements and plans

  • Responsible for coming up with pricing, training, commercial programs / proposals, customer solutions, and provide commercial sales and technical support

  • Other ad-hoc as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Typically requires BS/BA degree in financial, management and/or technical related discipline. Master Degree is a plus.

  • Mastery level experience is demonstrated by excellent domain knowledge with 20+ years’ experience in aviation related Solutions / Technologies.

  • Highly preferred a candidate who has hands-on knowledge working with airport operator, airline or large ground handler; Air Traffic Flow Management, optimization tools and big data.

  • Solid capability of financial statements and P&L management.

  • Advanced business acumen and leadership capability, with strategic, critical and problem-solving thinking.

  • Strong understanding of processes and how technology can be used to improve efficiencies.

  • Proven track record in handling customers globally

  • Ability to track and report technical, schedule, and fiscal project performance (initially with significant guidance).

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent English proficiency with demonstrated communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS excel for data crunching and analysis; and power point presentation.

  • Travel approximately 75%
