As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Engineering Technician in our Seating New Equipment business located in Winston-Salem, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dynamic Testing

  • Life-Cycle testing

  • Static load testing

  • Prototype Manufacture and/or Assembly

  • Test Article Inspection and Conformity 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and minimum two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints.

  • Must have some computer proficiency (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office applications, email, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, especially aerospace.

  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Force and displacement data collection experience including system setup and trouble shooting.

  • Experience with load control PID system setup and trouble shooting.

  • Basic fabrication and machining skills including mill and lathe.
