As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Program Coordinator in our Seating Products business located in Winston-Salem, NC.
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the Program Coordinator is responsible for establishing key program and business metrics and agreed reporting formats.
Works with program team and functional managers to support the delivery of the program
Gathers, collates, analyzes and reports project metrics
Supports program management by administering plans, timeframes, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project.
Monitors conformance to work plan and responsibilities; reports findings to management.
Leads presentation of metric and project status information as required
Gather data from program and functional managers
Gather, collate, analyze and maintain data to create program metrics and performance information
Coordinate staff activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
Prepare status reports regarding project progress within unit; supports preparation of project reports for management clients, or others
Challenge data accuracy and establish reasons for metrics outside anticipated parameters
Analyze data to identify trends, issues and highlight such to stakeholders
Manage distribution of data to agreed schedule to stakeholders
Undertake adhoc analysis and reporting as required
Present information and metrics to internal meetings
Develop and maintain databases, plans, documentation, reports and presentations
Undertake adhoc information gathering, preparation, presentation and reporting as required
Provides system or procedural advice to other staff to resolve problems
Manage lower complexity programs
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
One (1) years of relevant experience
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Engineering background good but not essential
